FUNCTIONS:

The agricultural engineering and post-harvest processing department functions in agricultural engineering, and agri-products post-harvest technology and processing.

ASSIGNMENTS:

• Applying mechanization in rice and other crops production, harvest, and storage;
• Research on equipment, information technology, artificial intelligence Al, and renewable energy in agri-products production, storage, and processing;
• Utilizing and developing functional and nutritional products from rice and its by-products;
• Training, technology transfer, and cooperation in agricultural engineering, post-harvest technology, and agri-products processing.
