FUNCTIONS:
The general administrative office functions as the consultant and management in staff organization, office, basic construction, and financial accounting.
ASSIGNMENTS:
- Building a plan for staff employment and organization, business and management training;
- Managing administrative tasks and compliance with regulations of local agencies;
- Organizing the formulation and supervision of the implementation of the agency's rules and internal regulations by the guidance and the Law regulations; Guiding and implementing the emulation and commendation tasks;
- Guiding and overseeing the implementation of standards, regimes, and policies for contracted and official staff;
- Managing the land, basic construction, property, and infrastructure of the Institute;
- Managing security, fire prevention and fighting, and the maintenance of hygiene and environment in the Institute;
- Managing hiring services and the liquidation of assets in accordance with the law regulations;
- Building a financial and accounting plan for the Institute annually;
- Appraisaling the estimates of tasks, executing disbursement of the approved estimates, summarizing the settlement of tasks and business activities by the regulations;
- Managing the implementation of finance and accounting tasks by the law and the promulgated internal spending regulations; Participating in the appraisal and approval of settlements of/for affiliated units.
